The owner and the General Manager of our company, has a 22-year-career; 20 years of which has been spent in Turkey’s one of the largest private sector conglemerates, coordinating principal Human Resources functions like Recruitment, Compensation Management, Performance Appraisal System and Succession Planning between the headquaters and the companies, covering approximately 16000 people in 100 companies.
